Founded in 2011, Compass-Point Healthcare began with a simple vision: to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Dr. Sarah Mitchell and Dr. James Rodriguez established our practice after recognizing the need for a healthcare provider that truly listens to patients and takes the time to understand their unique health journeys.

Dr. Sarah Mitchell, MD
Board-certified in Family Medicine with over 18 years of experience. Dr. Mitchell specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health. She completed her residency at Northwestern University and is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. James Rodriguez, MD
Specializes in internal medicine and geriatric care with 15 years of experience. Dr. Rodriguez earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his residency at Mayo Clinic. He focuses on adult medicine and complex medical conditions.
Dr. Emily Kim, MD
Board-certified pediatrician with 12 years of experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence. Dr. Kim received her training at Boston Children's Hospital and specializes in developmental pediatrics and childhood nutrition.
Dr. Michael Thompson, MD
Interventional cardiologist with expertise in heart disease prevention and treatment. Dr. Thompson has 20 years of experience and completed his fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. He specializes in minimally invasive cardiac procedures.
Linda Patterson, RN
Family Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience and 8 years as an NP. Linda specializes in chronic disease management, health education, and preventive care. She holds a Master's degree from Illinois State University.
Dr. David Walsh, MD
Orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and joint replacement. Dr. Walsh has 16 years of experience and serves as the team physician for several local high school sports teams. He completed his fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
